Q Speech Critique "How to Serve Wine" Watch the video above. This is a good example of the type of demonstration speech that you will be uploading on July 3. I want to focus on audience analysis and topic selection since that’s the focus of today’s module, but you can critique any aspect of her delivery and content using the Demonstration Speech Rubric Download Demonstration Speech Rubricthat I use when I critique your speech (volume, rate, tone, introduction, conclusion, etc). Do you think the topic is appropriate for a group of college students in the Coachella Valley? Why or why not? What does she specifically do to target this audience? What might she have done differently? Post your initial 250-word critique (10-points) by Friday at 11:59 PM and two follow-up postings by Sunday at 11:59 PM (5-points each).

Using the demonstration speech rubric I feel like she overall did a great job I rate her speech 140/160. She spoke to the class with such a confidence about her subject. Her posture through out the video was good as well because I myself did not catch any awkward pauses as a matter of fact she moved around a lot showing that she knew was she was talking about and took her time. When it came down to open the wine she did an excellent job in demonstrating the steps which made it seem easy to do so if one wanted to try it on their own.
